BOOTCAMP

Part of joining the unit is completing Boot Camp – a four-day intensive induction exercise led by unit instructors. This training is a basic test of physical fitness, mental toughness and team cooperation skills. It is designed to provide new applicants with an overview of the basic principles of the unit's operation and at the same time verify their readiness for further operations.

Boot Camp is a general-purpose, field-based training course designed to create a foundation of knowledge and skills that can be built upon. Over the course of four days, participants learn about unit structure, operational rules, safety principles, small unit tactics, and the basics. The training also includes physical and orientation disciplines, firearms training, and basic military procedures.

The training is supervised by experienced instructors and active members of the unit, who oversee the correct execution of individual tasks and ensure a uniform standard of evaluation. The emphasis is placed on discipline, reliability, respect for the team and the ability to complete tasks in a given time and conditions.

Boot Camp is mandatory for all new applicants for membership in the unit. Successful completion of the exercise is a condition for inclusion among full members and subsequent participation in training, combat operations, and official activities of the unit.

The goal of Boot Camp is to test the limits of the individual and verify their ability to function in a team, adhere to unit policies and respect established procedures. This entry process forms the basis for a uniform level of readiness for all members and ensures that the unit as a whole operates efficiently, organized and according to clearly defined rules.
