TEAMWORK

The functioning of the unit is based on teamwork. Each member has a role, responsibility and tasks in the structure that contribute to the effective functioning of the unit. Teamwork is a prerequisite for the successful implementation of any activity - from training, through combat simulations to public presentations.

The basic element is a team, composed of individuals with different specializations. Each member knows his position and competencies, and at the same time understands the tasks of the others, which allows for smooth cooperation and substitutability in various situations. This ensures the functionality of the team even under stress, in the field or within larger scenarios.

Teamwork is developed through joint training and practical exercises, where communication, discipline, coordination and the ability to respond to changing conditions are emphasized. Each event or exercise is an opportunity to test cooperation between members, the effectiveness of command and the ability to adhere to tactical principles in practice.

The activity also encourages the mutual exchange of knowledge and experience. Experienced members pass on their knowledge to newcomers, thereby maintaining continuity and a uniform standard of procedures. This approach ensures that each member understands not only their task, but also the wider context of the unit's activities.

Teamwork goes beyond the combat simulations themselves. It is also evident in event preparation, logistics, equipment management and planning. The unit functions as a whole, where each element contributes to achieving a common goal. Thanks to this, it is possible to effectively handle both demanding milsim scenarios and representative presentations at public events.

The goal is to create a stable, well-coordinated and reliable team that can perform the assigned tasks with maximum efficiency and an appropriate level of professionalism. Teamwork is a key element of our activities and represents the basic principle on which the unit operates and develops in the long term.
