Gaining new experiences is an integral part of the development of our unit and individual members. Every event, training, course or public presentation is an opportunity to expand knowledge, verify procedures and apply skills in practical situations. Thanks to these experiences, the unit increases its level of preparedness, professionalism and ability to respond to new situations in the long term.
New experiences arise primarily during participation in milsim and reenactment events, where the emphasis is on realistic depiction of combat activities. In these conditions, members are exposed to a variety of tasks - from tactical movements and communications in the field, to solving situations under time pressure. Each of these experiences contributes to a better understanding of teamwork, tactics and the practical functioning of the unit.
Certified courses and professional training are also an important source of experience, where members gain new knowledge in the field of first aid, shooting training, tactics or specialized skills, such as water operations or work with expansion weapons. This knowledge is subsequently transferred to the training and activities of the unit, thereby constantly increasing the professional level of the entire team.
Experience is also developed through collaboration with other clubs and organizations that focus on reenactment and milsim activities. Sharing procedures, standards, and training approaches contributes to a broader understanding of the topic and allows the unit to adapt to new trends and demands in the community.
The process also includes evaluating events and training through internal debriefings, where the strengths and weaknesses of individual activities are analyzed. The knowledge gained is then used to adjust training plans, improve the organization and effectiveness of activities.
