A COLLECTIVE AND A GROUP OF FRIENDS

The unit's activities are not only about training or participating in events, but above all about cooperation, communication and mutual trust between members. Each individual is part of a team whose strength lies in a unified approach, discipline and respect for others.

The team is built gradually through joint events, training and long-term cooperation. Our members are also good friends, meeting outside of team building events, helping each other and creating a kind of "second, green family". Everyone can rely on others.

Although the unit operates on the basis of military structure and order, an important part of its character remains an informal atmosphere of cooperation. Members spend a considerable amount of time together during training, movements and preparations for events, which creates a natural environment in which a group of people with common interests and the same goals is formed.

New applicants should expect to be part of a team where everyone has their place and responsibility. Respect for other members, open communication, and the ability to work as a team are essential to maintaining good relationships and the effective functioning of the unit.

The team and friendly environment are one of the main reasons why the unit has been operating stably for a long time.
