IMPROVING ONESELF

The unit's activities involve continuous improvement of individuals and the unit as a whole. This process includes ongoing training, skill development, professional knowledge acquisition, and equipment modernization. The goal is to maintain a high level of readiness, professionalism, and realistic representation of the United States Marine Corps in reenactment and milsim environments.

Improvement takes place on several levels. The basis is regular training, focused on small unit tactics, marksmanship, communication, medical procedures and physical fitness. These skills are continuously tested during events and internal exercises, where members practice various types of operations and procedures appropriate to modern infantry.

Another area is education and specialization through certified courses and training. Members participate in specialized programs that cover topics from first aid and working with expansion weapons to tactical courses or specializations such as "Speed Boat" or night operations. This ensures that the unit is constantly improving its professional level and adapting to new knowledge and procedures.

An integral part of the improvement is also the technical development of equipment and material preparations. The unit continuously supplements and updates equipment, weapons and support resources to meet current standards and technologies used by the USMC. Emphasis is placed on detailed authenticity and functionality in practical deployment.

We understand improvement as a long-term and ongoing process. Every event, training and presentation is an opportunity to evaluate activities, identify weaknesses and subsequently improve. In this way, the unit maintains a stable level of professionalism, efficiency and presentation quality, which is the basis of its functioning.
