FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE

Activities within KVH Devil Dogs z.s. require certain personal financial costs associated with the purchase of equipment, weapons, transportation to events and participation in training. The applicant should be able to cover these expenses from his own resources or have support from his parents if he is not yet financially independent.

The unit provides organizational and methodological leadership, but not financial support for individual members. Each member purchases equipment gradually, according to the established list and possibilities, but with the knowledge that without basic material equipment it is not possible to fully function in training and events. Current costs include uniforms, tactical accessories, protective equipment, expansion or airsoft weapons and equipment elements corresponding to the USMC standard.

Financial self-sufficiency is also important for the long-term sustainability of membership. The unit participates in events throughout the Czech Republic and abroad, which entails additional expenses related to transport, accommodation and participation fees. The applicant should be prepared to accept these costs as part of the activity.

The aim is not to create a financial burden, but to ensure that members are able to maintain an adequate level of equipment and actively participate in all aspects of the unit's operations without financial constraints. Financial independence is therefore a practical prerequisite for stable membership, which allows for full participation in training, combat and presentation events, and ensures that the unit can operate at a high level without operational constraints.
